Admissions
NEPC is a 24-hour-a-day, 7-day a week facility so we can take a referral at any time and a child can be admitted at any time during the day or night. NEPC offers a range of admission programs to fit the needs of discharge planners and families who are planning interim and longer term car needs for medically fragile children.
General admission processes include:
- Contact Admissions (978) 667-5123 to initiate the referral process, you may ask for Ashley Richard, Social Worker. You can also click here to contact us.
- A screening appointment will be arranged to allow NEPC to become familiar with the child and their family and to assess the child’s medical needs
- Develop goals for the admission
There are specific admission requirements for the following programs: Post-Hospitalization: Up to 90 days Short-Term Care: Up to 90 days Long-Term Care : 90 days +
