CNA’s -- NURSING AND TEACHING ASSISTANTS
We are seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Nursing Assistants (Nursing Assistants on nursing units and Teaching Assistants on both nursing units and school) to provide routine daily nursing care and assistance with activities, to residents in accordance with their individual care plans and/or Education Plans, to create an atmosphere of warmth, positivity and person interest for each special resident.
Positions are available on various shifts in both Nursing and Education Departments.

An exciting position exists at New England Pediatric Care for an experienced RN pediatric manager to be an integral part of the Nursing Department, which meets the needs of a medical fragile, special needs population. The position is for 40 hours with the potential for a flexible work schedule. Responsibilities include making nursing rounds to evaluate resident care, the progress of individual staff nurses/CNA's, monitor nursing practices and assists personnel with nursing and educational needs. Additionally this person would assess the quality of nursing care being delivered and recognize the need for improving or changing nursing practices in conjunction with the Director of Nursing.
Strong communication skills are essential in order to understand and collaborate with the interdisciplinary teams that work with the children and families at N.E.P.C. The ideal candidate must have a current RN license along with a minimum of 3 years pediatric clinical experience and at least 3-5 years of management experience.

THERAPEUTIC RECREATION AIDE
Positions open for part-time therapeutic recreation aides. Job responsibilities include planning and implementation of variety of recreation programming that focus on enriching leisure time and enhancing quality of life. In addition to daily programming, departmental programming includes aquatic therapy, pet visits, therapeutic horseback riding, community trips, overnight trips and special events.
The TR department is looking for self-starters who are highly energetic and creative individuals to infuse joy, fun and energy into the lives of our residents. Commitment and passion to improve the quality of life is a must.
Current positions available include:
32hours/week: Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday - Thursday 1:00pm – 7:00pm
32 hours/week: Tuesday – Friday 1:00pm – 7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Qualified candidates Include:
- High school graduate or GED preferred
- CNA certified
- Recreation/Activity experience a plus

SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER
Position open for a Special Education Teacher with Severe Special Needs certification. This position would be part of an interdisciplinary team in New England Pediatric Care’s private Special Education School. The applicant should have a master’s Degree in Severe Special Needs and be eligible for Certification in Severe Special Needs.
