Harry Webster, MD, MPH

Since 1986, Dr. Harry Webster has been the Medical Director for New England Pediatric Care, and more recently as the Physiatrist-in-Chief at Tufts Medical Center. Dr. Webster’s oversees the care plans for residents at NEPC, with clinical specialties in Pediatric Rehabilitation and long-term care of chronically impaired children. Dr. Webster concurrently holds the positions of Chief of the Division of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Tufts-Medical Center/Floating Hospital for Children in Boston and as Assistant Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine. He received his Medical Doctorate Degree from the University of California San Francisco Medical School and a Master’s in Public Health from UC Berkley. He performed his post-graduate pediatric training at Children’s Hospital Philadelphia and physiatry training at Tufts-Medical Center Boston.

Dr. Chu Chen, MD

Dr. Chen has been an attending pediatrician at New England Pediatric Care since 1991, in addition to maintaining a full pediatric practice here in Billerica.

Anthony Rodrigues, MD, PHD

The Neurology Department from the Floating Hospital for Children has been involved in running NEPC’s Neurology clinic for the past number of years. Most recently, Anthony Rodrigues has been running a monthly Neuro Clinic in conjunction with the Nursing and Rehabilitation Dept. at NEPC, along with taking on some pediatric duties as well at NEPC.

Dr. Rodrigues graduated from the Tufts University School of Medicine in 2009. Dr. Rodrigues specializes in Neurology and Child Neurology at the Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center, along with being affiliated with Lowell General Hospital and Lawrence General Hospital, and at the Pediatric Specialty Centers affiliated with these hospitals: Chelmsford, Westford and Lawrence.

Lindsay Fox, MD

Dr. Lindsay Fox began her career as a Pediatric Hospitalist at Tufts Floating Hospital for Children in 2009 and has been caring for patients at New England Pediatric Care since 2018. She is the Chair of Pediatrics at MetroWest Medical Center and has a Tufts University School of Medicine faculty appointment as a Clinical Associate Professor and is one of the faculty coaches for medical students. She grew up in Scottsdale, AZ, received her M.D. from Washington University in St. Louis and completed her pediatric residency at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
