A full spectrum of services for children with
complicated special needs.

New England Pediatric Care is a unique type of nursing home. It's for children -- not elders.  Our 80-bed facility in North Billerica Massachusetts is designed for children who are medically-complex and have severe cognitive and neurological impairments. We also offer a [post-hospitalization] program for children who require additional recovery time after a hospital stay, with a goal to get the child home.

Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Recreation and Special Education
We provide skilled nursing, rehabilitation, therapeutic recreation and special education services to children and young adults, birth to age 22. We are affiliated with Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston and have access to the expertise of its world-renowned physicians.

Our Staff
Our staff supports continued family involvement in the lives of children who live at NEPC, and arrange opportunities for relaxation, socialization and independent activities.  Families / guardians of residents may visit whenever they wish or are able. They can take part in their child's daily activities as often as they like. NEPC informs and consults with families / guardians on medical and educational decisions.
